The Hope Navigator is an in-depth training that builds the capacity within your organization to train and provide leadership and support with finding, enhancing and modeling Hope Rising. Training advances to high impact when an organization has expertise to sustain the ideas beyond a training event. This program develops expertise within your organization to continue to champion and “navigate” the Science and Power of Hope.

This training includes a certification for participants which will allow them to train Hope Awareness and the Hope Awareness Workshop for their own organization, building the capacity to sustain the Science and Power of Hope in the organization over time. Hope Navigators must have a commitment to Hope and be willing to use this program to sustain your organizations Hope Centered vision.

The Hope Navigator will also participate in consultation and a Community of Practice to continue their education and expertise in Hope. The Community of Practice Groups will meet every other month for one year.

The Hope Navigator certification course includes:

• Two full days of in-depth training on Hope Science with Dr. Chan Hellman.
• Permission to utilize materials and resources to lead Hope Awareness trainings within your own organization.
• Access to a Community of Practice every other month for one year where you will continue your learning and work on strategic hope projects.
• Networking opportunities with other Hope Navigators who you may choose to collaborate with on projects, or other learning opportunities.
• A certificate of completion, including the ability to share on your LinkedIn profile.
